The AGM will be held February 7. This is the Annual General Meeting only; the Professional Development Session will be announced at a later date to be determined. This AGM shouldn’t take longer than an hour (12:30-1:30 at the most) and will be a video conference session, available to everyone via Skype or by attending at an NSE office via video conference. Details will be provided shortly on how to attend via Skype.

On behalf of the President of the Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors, Nova Scotia/Prince Edward Island Branch, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to the upcoming Professional Development Session and Annual General Meeting (AGM) via video and teleconference and at Nova Scotia Environment offices.
In accordance with Section 11(5) of the Nova Scotia/Prince Edward Island Branch bylaws, any member in good standing with the Institute may appoint another member, who is also in good standing, to exercise their right to vote.

Nominations for Executive Positions will be accepted up until the actual election of officers on February 7 2018. If you are nominated and are unable to attend the meeting, you must indicate to your Branch Secretary that you are willing to allow your name to stand for election. If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting at a NSE office on February 7 and would like to be nominated for an executive position, a nominator must fill out the nomination form (click "Nominations" above).
